Provence rosé maker Château d’Esclans, which includes Whispering Angel, is on the Fast Track list once again. Trinchero’s Bieler Pere et Fils rosé from Provence, a Rising Star, increased sales about 18% to 73,000 cases. Pale pink, dry Provence-style rosés and those actually from Provence are particularly popular. Rising Star brand Joel Gott Wines, part of Trinchero Family Estates since 2009, surpassed the 1 million-case mark in 2018, growing 18%.
